Mascon Computers Services (P) Ltd an ISO 9001:2000 certified company is one of the leading Data Processing Company in Pune, Maharashtra. The company was started in 1981, exclusively to service the Banking industry.

We started with Processing Pension of Central Government employees, balancing of Savings Bank, TDR and STDR accounts for various bank branches. Mascon Computers Services (P) Ltd. has two operational centres namely International Operations and Domestic Operations at two different locations in the heart of the city.

Data Processing and Data Entry

The gamut of applications we provide in data processing is that, we deal with an approximate volume of over 2 crore entries in a month. This very task gives us lot of scope for continuously improving upon our planning, scheduling and the system for delivering quantity & quality reports within a time frame.

Pension Processing

For the past two decades, on a monthly basis we are processing and generating Central Government Employees Pension Payment Scrolls for 1,70,000 pensioners spread over 850 branches of State Bank of India & State Bank of Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra & Goa. This goes to show that MASCON is a pioneer in Pension Processing.

Salary Processing

For the PMC, since 1982, we are processing Payroll systems for school teachers and their salary disbursement are done through various bank branches directly by us. Similar service was extended to the Pimpri Chichwad Municipal Corporation school teacher salary also

Heavy Duty Printing

During 1997 to 2000 for the Department of Telecommunications we have been processing, printing, arranging and providing Subscriber wise detailed bills of STD/ISD calls of E10B, OCB, FETEX, CDOT & EWSD Exchanges for Pune, Kalyan, Nasik, Satara, Sangli, Bidar, Goa & Sindhudurg Districts. Data collected is restored from various media such as Magnetic Tape Drive (MTD), Cartridge Tape Drive (CTD) & Magneto Optical Drive (MOD). We have the necessary infrastructure to convert any type of Data from Binary to ASCII.

Heavy Duty printing of 16,88,532 pages of Electoral rolls was done for the office of the Chief Electoral officer of Maharashtra in the year 2002

Voter Identity Card Processing

Between 1994 and 1996 we processed and prepared over 90 lacs Voters Identity Cards for voters of Jalgaon, Pune, Aurangabad, Beed and Parbhani Districts of Maharashtra, Belgaum District of Karnataka and 2 Districts of Goa using Regional Languages.

Pre and Post Examination Processing

Mascon embarked on the pre and post examination processing projects from the year 2000-2001 by processing applications of 10,44,780 candidates, the job involved scanning applications, Hall Ticket processing and issuance of Certificate with photographs for the passed candidates for the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, Rajasthan. In the years 2001 – 2002 and 2002 – 2003 Mascon did the pre and post examination processing job for the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, Rajasthan for 11,14,347 candidates. Once again in the year 2002-2003 we did the pre and post examination processing job for the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, Rajasthan for 11,17,154 candidates.

In the year 2001, Mascon successfully completed pre and post examination (consisting of scanning applications, Hall Ticket processing and issuance of Certificate with photographs for the passed candidates) of 3,67,303 candidates for the Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh..

From 1999 till date, we are doing the Pre and post examination work for the Maharashtra State Council of Examinations and have processed documents of 36,80,622 candidates for various examinations held by the Council. This job involves generation of District wise, Center wise, Subject wise & Batch wise allocation of seat numbers. Provision of Attendance and Signature Rolls for the candidates. Since 2003 the grading is computerised after physical data entry of answer numbers. Distribution of answer sheets to various Examiners and Moderators are also allotted through our process.. After receiving mark sheets we provide certificates, mark lists and District wise Merit List.

We have taken stringent measures to ensure that Confidentiality, Accuracy, Efficiency and time schedules are not compromised.
